Trainee Extrusion Operators

Duraflex, one of the largest extruders of PVCU profile for the Window Industry, based in Tewkesbury are now looking for Trainee Extrusion Operators.

Working as part of a great team, you will learn to run extrusion machines following a structured training programme and on the job learning from experienced Operators.  

The hours of work are 12 hour shifts based on a rotating shift pattern of 4 days on / 4 days off / 4 nights on / 4 nights off.

The benefits for the role are a starting salary of £9.49 per hour which rises as you complete your training, 25 days holiday, on site parking, employee benefits discount scheme and a great environment. 

The ideal candidates should have a keen willingness to learn, possess previous experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment together with a good eye for quality and detail.
