- Office and Production data checking to ensure all details of the system are correct, including part numbers.
Tooling and Programming
- Every aspect of production changeover is controlled and managed to ensure daily production schedules are maintained throughout the changeover period.
- Machine auditing, commissioning and programming is managed with each process and signed off by the customer.
Production Training
- A production training plan is identified and scheduled at the start of the project.
- All aspects of product manufacturing training are provided to ensure a ‘right first time’ philosophy and the correct quality is achieved at changeover.
Technical and Sales Training
- Bespoke training packs are provided and a program is set to ensure that all relevant personnel within the business are trained to understand the features and benefits of the Duraflex Diamond Suite range.
Accreditations Support
- Accreditations are an important aspect of any business credentials and smooth transition of all licences are managed on your behalf.
- Certificate issuing and audit dates are arranged to ensure 100% conversion of all accreditations are completed by the time of the changeover.
Changeover Project Management
- To ensure all aspects of the system changeover are carried out efficiently without lost production time.
- Meetings are arranged to ensure that Duraflex understand the customer's individual requirements.
- This results in a project plan which covers all tasks and process owners who are responsible for delivering actions.
- Regular update meetings are also arranged to ensure communication at all levels of the business is maintained.
