Conservatory Sidewall System

Specifically designed to complement the 65mm and 70mm Diamond Suite and ensure structural integrity to any conservatory and side wall construction.

The system consists of two main benefits, the first allows structural integrity by ensuring dead load and wind loadings performance by providing a selection of couplers that spread the load from the ring beam to the structure.

The second allows quick and easy construction whilst maintaining aesthetic elegance.

System features and benefits

  • Coupling of frame through external fixing (no frame drilling) - no through frame drilling, reduces assembly time
  • Fully featured slim line trims to suit profile - structural integrity guarantee
  • Cill adapter plate to locate frame and cill (no frame drilling) - All fixings using self drill screws, no drilling
  • Trims cover sealing surfaces, so no unsightly silicone - Compliant with relevant building regs
  • Common jacking pole assembly, one design fits all - Equal spread of load

Couplers within the range include:

  • Starter bar
  • 15mm and 30mm In-line couplers
  • 90° Corner post
  • 135° Fixed corner post
  • 120°, 135° and 150° Fixed structural posts.
