Business & Quality Management Statement

It is the Company's policy to produce high quality PVC-U window and door profiles and supply ancillary products that are fit for purpose to meet the requirements of its customers, its own standards, the relevant British/European Standards and other Licensing requirements.

The Policy is interpreted in a Business Management System that has been designed to meet the requirements of BSENISO 9001: 2000.

To achieve and maintain the levels of Business Efficiency and Customer Service required, the following disciplines will be adhered to:-

  • Enhanced levels of customer service in all areas, ensuring close communications with the Customer base, establishing and understanding its demands.
  • Promoting new Product Development consistent with 'market' requirements.
  • Vigilance with National and International Environmental issues that affect the Business and its Commercial position and the maintenance of meeting Kitemark and BBA requirements.
  • Ensuring personnel are effectively trained in the execution of their tasks and that this Statement and Corporate Policy is communicated to all areas of the Company's operations.
  • Completion of an annual Management Review to update aims and objectives and ensure Continual Improvement is being considered by all and delivered in areas of the business where needed.

To maintain our position and recognition in the market, materials are subjected to third party testing by independent bodies such as British Standards Institute and the British Board of Agreement, where appropriate, to verify the ability of the company to meet specified performance criteria.
