Our corporate history can be summarised:

1950s

- Duraflex formed selling aluminium products

1970s

- Acquired by RTZ and moved into doors & windows

1980s

- Bought PVCU fabrication plant from Glostal

1990s

- Developed own PVCU extrusion operation

1995

- Acquired by Caradon Group and CDW Ltd formed

1997

- Launched Diamond Suite

1999

- Acquired by Latium Group & formed new Duraflex team

2000

- Launched new corporate ID, patio & integrated 70mm & Featured Suite

2002

- Duraflex becomes a Limited company and is acquired by Masco

2004

- Move of Factory, Warehouse and Office to one purpose built facility in Tewkesbury

2005

- Conversion of full range to Rolled in Gasket Completed
